Blepharoplasty is an operation performed to change the shape of the eyelids.
Blepharoplasty – or plastic surgery of the eyelids is the surgical removal of the upper and lower eyelids for the purpose of aesthetic rejuvenation. In addition to tightening the sagging skin, this operation allows you to remove fat tears from the upper eyelids, change the shape of the eyes and release the patient from the bags under the eyes (in cases of fatty tissue tears).

WHEN IS BLEPHAROPLASTIC SURGERY NOT RECOMMENDED?
Eyelid surgery is not recommended in patients with glaucoma, high-grade myopia, diabetes and some systemic diseases, chronic herpes infection and oncological diseases.
